Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus

Born in 1970 in Tbilisi (Georgia). In 1993 graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute (Moscow) with a degree in Law, in 2018 graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Public Administration and Economics.

Since September 1993 – Investigator, Senior Investigator, Senior Investigator for Cases of Major Importance, Head of the Investigative Division of the Department of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus for Brest Region.

Since November 2009 served in the position of Head of the Investigative Department of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

From December 2019 to March 2021 held the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus.

From March 2021 to 22 December 2025 – Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

By virtue of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 450 of 23 December 2025 appointed to the position of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus and awarded a class rank of State Counselor of Justice 2nd class.
